We are currently seeking dependable and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide assistance to seniors and individuals with physical disabilities among Schuylkill County.

Responsibilities:
Our Caregivers are our greatest asset because caring for others is more that just a job - it's their way of life! You will provide personal care, home support, respite, community inclusion services and activities of daily living such as:

Assisting with bathing and related hygiene, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, positioning and transfers.

• Facilitating health maintenance activities like transfers, range of motion exercises, etc.

• Providing community inclusion services that enable participants to plan for and engage in meaningful activities.

• Assisting the participant in a variety of household activities such as meal preparation, dishes, laundry and light housekeeping.


Competencies:
  • Must be 18 years of age and over
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful clearance of state background checks



Education/Experience:
No GED or Diploma required
